Refunds, Statements, & Commissions

Refunds are paid weekly, usually on Wednesday, and are only processed after RT receives the return premium payment from our carrier. 

Agency past due statements and broker past due statements are sent on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month.

Direct bill commissions are paid to agents on a monthly basis, by the 10th. Producer payable commission recoupment statements are sent on the 10th of every month.
